Monitor foreign currency inward transactions and outward INR transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support) and external entities (Banks, Financial Institutions).
Work closely with Chartered Accountants for GST advice and compliance.
Manage and upgrade the OPS portal in coordination with the tech team.
Review monthly billing from partner banks and financial institutions and prepare reports.
Ensure prompt resolution of tickets raised by banks and financial institutions.
Ensure Compliance to regulatory requirement and highlight any gaps/findings
Requirements:
Relevant experience in banks or financial institutions; experience in cross-border payments/trade forex is a plus.
Bachelor s degree in finance or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to create reports and management information systems (MIS).
Familiarity with cross-border payments industry or financial services in operations or compliance

Knowledge of cross-border payments and forex trading.
