Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading team to support the development of Business and Capacity enhancement for existing product.
• Work out process solution for mass production.
• This includes tendering for retrofit opportunities, designing proper process solutions, order execution, driving and Managing team for performance excellence in order to deliver on specs, on time and within budgeted cost sheet.
• Business development Identify new customer and develop Business to improve top line (Revenue), Meeting Revenue and profitability target for the unit.

• Daily Operational Activities.

• Measures of Performance Meet the growth target, Results from improvement initiative

• Progressive Tool design & Manufacturing, Mould manufacturing, Press shop operation and Plastic mould & component processing

• Competencies- Behavioral Customer focus,Team player, Communication
