Job title: Executive- Operations & Client Servicing Location: Noida Experience: 1 yr- 4yrs Qualifications : Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic candidate for Operations - Client Servicing who will be responsible for providing exceptional client service by managing and coordinating the daily operations of the organisation. In this role, you will work closely with the team to ensure the timely delivery of client's request, maintain accurate records and databases of client information, and implement client retention strategies. Roles and Responsibilities: Overall responsible for seamless servicing of all organization products in India and Overseas. Negotiations & Coordination with vendors, airline, shipping line , Custom House Agents for ensuring timely clearances and effective transport solutions at reasonable costs.
