  • Job Description:

As an Operations Executive at FriendZo, you will play a crucial role in delivering our promise of a zero-brokerage, hassle-free rental experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients. Your attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in maintaining the high standards of service that FriendZo is known for.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of property listings and rental processes.

Coordinate with property owners and clients to arrange property viewings and manage inquiries.

Ensure all property listings are up-to-date, accurate, and detailed.
  • 2. Customer Service:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Handle client feedback and work to continuously improve our service offerings.
  • 3. Process Improvement:

Identify areas for operational improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • 4. Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.

Analyze data to track performance and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • 5. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute new projects and campaigns that enhance client experience.
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in an operations or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
