Qua is a modern-age womenswear brand that is committed to elevating modern women. As we are expanding, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily operations, order processing and shipments
- Monitoring, managing and updating website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc. and ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly
- Oversee and manage the company's presence on various e-commerce marketplaces, such as Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and others
- Making real-time daily entries and transactions on ERP/Google sheets, SKU mapping, maintaining in/out registers, applying for claims (wrong/missing products) with respective vendors or marketplaces
- Assisting the Marketing department and E-Commerce Manager in developing promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing the product listings on Myntra, Nykaa and other marketplaces
- Experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces for consumer brands/with any of the marketplace brands/ E-commerce agency
- Proficient in data analysis and inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
