Department Overview:
The operations department is the backbone of any organization, responsible for managing the processes product and services. Its main objective is to maintain proper database, smooth functioning of the process which includes documentation, onboarding & query resolving within 24 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Examination & Certification Process of QPFP Certification Process
- QPFP candidates & Certificants Relationship Management
- Follow up with Certificants for continuous education points
- All QPFP Certification & Session Operations
Essential Skills
Good English and Hindi Oral Communication Skills
Attention to detail
Effective time management
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Team player and highly motivated
