Role: To monitor external threats through social threat intelligence, data mining, data management, alarm testing etc. within the Command Centre in a professional & efficient manner and to ensure integrity, accuracy & confidentiality of all information gained by compliance with quality standards & legislation, and in accordance with the company's systems and procedures.
The individual will:
- Monitor all external threats and open-source information within the Command Centre
- Perform health check of all security equipment
- Receive all distress and emergency calls from client's employees/travelers/visitors and coordinate an appropriate emergency response.
- Coordinate with ground staff to ensure quick resolution of events within a given time frame and to escalate to the Command Centre Head as required.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of various events which have occurred during the shift.
- Take immediate action in case of serious events like fire, violence etc.
- Work as directed by the Command Centre Head for process and quality improvements.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned.
Qualification:
- Graduates / Post- Graduates with good communication and writing skills or Experienced professional ( 1-2 years) who have worked in Command Centre
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint application
