Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at LifeWall. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of projects, managing logistics and resources, and maintaining regular communication with team members and clients. The role requires active involvement in all aspects of operation management, from planning to execution, to deliver exceptional results.
Roles and Responsibility-
1. Ongoing Project Status Tracking: Monitor and maintain records of the progress of all ongoing projects.
2. Client Payment Status and Project Management: Ensure timely payment processing from clients and oversee project initiation and handover processes.
3. Initiating New Projects and Contractor Selection: Facilitate the commencement of new projects, including finalizing contractors for project execution.
4. CSM Team Coordination and Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) team to assess productivity and performance metrics.
5. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to company policies within the Customer Success Manager department.
6. CSM Department Auditing: Conduct periodic audits of the Customer Success Manager department's operations.
7. CSM Department Gamification: Develop strategies for gamifying tasks within the Customer Success Manager department to enhance engagement and performance.
8. Vendor Onboarding and Management: Source and onboard new project vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company standards.
9. Vendor Escalations:Address and resolve any escalated issues or concerns raised by project vendors.
10. Project Vendor Allocation: Facilitate the assignment of new projects to selected vendors, ensuring efficient project distribution.
11. Material Research and Listing: Conduct research on new materials and assist in listing them for potential project use.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in operations management and ability to analyze and optimize processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of landscaping and outdoor design
- Degree in Operations Management or related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
