Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
About the Company:
Knya is India's leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by husband-wife
duo, Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji. The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable
medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels.
Knya has raised seed funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter
family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others. Since inception, Knya products have been
delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.
Responsibilities:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on refund and exchange activities.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights for process improvement.
Provide information on company policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Assist customers in initiating and navigating the refund and exchange process.
Review and process refund and exchange requests according to company policies.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely handling of returned/exchanged
products.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to refunds and exchanges.
Investigate discrepancies or issues with returned products.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all refund and exchange
operations.
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, especially in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Experience with handling refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Familiarity with customer service software and databases.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
