Job Description :
- Ensure every team has left and started their route, if not call the team and ask them for a reason and log it on the driver's issues sheet.
Make sure all non-fit has been replanned and planned for the following day, speak with lucky if this is possible- Attend all driver's calls
Make sure all issues/not found parts missing are logged onto the issue sheet and the warehouse team has been made aware to get the ongoing issues resolved/found and get the planning team to book in for delivery once resolved.
- All issues-on-issues sheets should be updated the same day at the end of your shift, any issue/not found that hasn't been resolved as matter of urgency
Operation emails and ensure all the CSV files are uploaded as priority- During the day any CSV file should be uploaded within the 10 min. from receiving the email.
Any overflow of customer/supplier calls please help the team if everyone is busy on another call
- All pickups should be checked by the end of your shift and put on hand date
