Operations Executive

ISBM is a reputed education institution in India. We are hiring Operations Executive with the following responsibilities

• Primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online Chat processes
• Inbound process: Attend to the services calls received on the Customer Care numbers
• Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online Chat mode
• Responsible for coordinating with sales team.Handling Agents and clients.
• Collaborate with the Operation team and executives to implement strategies and track the progress of campaigns.
• Good communication skill and responding to mails and queries.

Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
