Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the operational aspects of our travel packages, including logistics, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, guides, transport providers, and other vendors.- Ensure all travel services meet or exceed company standards and client expectations.
Handle scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for tours and packages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution stages of travel operations.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new offerings and enhance existing packages.- Train and supervise operations staff, fostering a team-oriented and productive work environment.
Analyze feedback from clients and make improvements to travel packages and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international travel regulations and standards.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and adjustments to our travel services.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 1-3 years of experience in travel operations or a related field, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, especially within the context of destination management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in travel planning software and tools.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
