  • Job Title: Order Processing & Customer Service Coordinator
  • Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processing & Customer Service Coordinator to manage and oversee the processing of rug and vinyl orders across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will handle multiple sales portals, manage on-hold and pending orders, and ensure effective communication with customers and suppliers to facilitate timely fulfillment and support.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
  • Process rug and vinyl orders from multiple sales portals including RS (RugShop), Amazon, eBay, Onbuy, and B&Q.
Manage and monitor pending and on-hold orders, updating customers on order status.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm stock availability and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Customer Communication:
  • Keep customers informed of order updates, including on-hold and pending orders.
Address vinyl-related queries whenever time permits from the order processing tasks.
  • Communicate with customers regarding closed rug orders and updating them if the product is back in stock.
Supplier Coordination:
  • Chase suppliers via phone and email to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Contact rug suppliers as needed to confirm precise stock availability in case of any uncertainties.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or discrepancies in the ordering process by liaising with suppliers and updating customers accordingly.
  • Proactively resolve stock or order-related concerns to minimize delays and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple online sales platforms and processes simultaneously.
  • Experience in order processing, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
