As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the operations of production systems and services according to operational requirements and service agreements. You will work closely with Workplace Technology Solutions to ensure seamless system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate across teams to resolve any service disruptions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Workplace Technology Solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Workplace Technology Solutions.
- Manage delivery for production systems and services in line with operational requirements and service agreements.
