Job Summary
Data Analyst is part of the Operations team, majorly working on file loading, data validation, analysis and other operational efforts and assisting clients at various levels within the product.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares, load, validate and generate submission files for the allocated clients.
- Work on client emails/concerns on the data processed within the system.
- Work with different stakeholders at all levels to complete the client request.
- Perform data analysis, and update based on client requirement with the approval of internal/external stakeholders.
- Support team members on the Operations process and contribution towards process enhancements.
- Prepare reports, documentation on different data format, processed in the system.
- Complete, file loading, validation, summary preparation and update client and other stakeholders within SLA.
- Report gaps, issues to respective stakeholders without any delay, track and follow them effectively.
- Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data.
- May be assigned other duties.
- Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 0 to 5 years as Data Analysts or relevant role.
- Bachelor's degree required (if applicable), or equivalent combination of education and experience, professional certification preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
- Knowledge of Data analysis.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, SQL)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- High level of ethic, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
