This position in Collateral management / Exchange Traded Derivatives is responsible for managing and overseeing the positions / margins are inline with exchange and collateral movements are settled on time to mitigate the financial risk. This role involves settling margin movements & collateral movements and ensuring compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements. Experience in interacting with client and counterparties while working on margin call, making sure cash & securities settled on time. This position also included identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As Associate you will
- Ensure that all collateral margin calls are processed within agreed timeline, assist in resolving dispute calls.
- Ensure that all collateral payment/receipt, cash flow are settled accurately & on timely manner.
- Ensure all ISDA/CSA are in place for all new Counterparties & updated in collateral system.
- Understanding CSA terms & standard settlements instruction and approving in system.
- Understanding of Various SWIFT messages for Cash & securities
- Reconciling margin balance with brokers & settling the movements based on MTM.
- Handle queries and requests from internal & external clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Exposure to trade & cash settlement
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Ability to communicate with clients (Both Internal & External)
- Ability to multitask.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation & Post graduation
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Financial markets certifications.
