We are hiring for an
Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations in the industrial automation domain. This role involves coordinating various tasks related to project management, customer handling, logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and an understanding of industrial automation processes.
Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely delivery of automation equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics.- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to projects and operations.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or coordination, ideally in industrial automation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.- Familiarity with MS Office and project management tools.
