Job Description:- Operations Coordinator Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative processes to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Customer Interaction and Service:
Respond to bookings and enquiries promptly.
Follow standardised chat flow processes.
Collect feedback post check-out and solicit Google reviews.
Manage customer communications including check-ins/outs, grooming updates, and birthday offers.
Follow up on pending payments and process refunds.
Update and report daily on revenue and expenses.
Track and report on pending payments. Operational Oversight:
Ensure all pets are checked in/out as scheduled.
Monitor pets requiring medical attention and ensure treatments.
Confirm next-day check-out schedules and grooming updates.
Verify and upload new customer documents.
Update App sheet with new and existing client information.
Capture and update marketing content.
Generate daily updates and monthly reports on key metrics.
Facility and Staff Management:
Maintain records of expenses and inventory.
Manage staff rosters and overall facility maintenance.
Ensure smooth centre operations and achieve revenue targets.
Experience in operations or administrative roles.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and relevant software tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
