Job Description

Job Description: Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Allocate tasks to team members, track their progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with clients for approvals, resolve blockers, and manage turnaround times (TAT).
Update relevant tools and sheets with information from both team and client communications.
  • Learn and adapt to new tools or software as required.
Provide regular updates and reports on task status and project progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 year of office management experience is plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in updating records.
Proven experience in task management and team coordination.
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus.
Reliable, dependable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Taskade, Clickup, Trello, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and other client management tools.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Adaptable and willing to learn.
  • Certification in project management or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of Google & Facebook Ads is plus.
