What you'll be doing
As an Operations Associate, you'll be a critical part of our identity verification process. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately maintain and update candidate information in the verification database to ensure precise records.
- Conduct thorough document checks, verifying educational credentials, employment history, identity proofs, and other essential documents.
- Act as a liaison with candidates, educational institutions, past employers, and other entities to obtain critical verification details.
- Perform quality audits on verification data and reports to confirm accuracy, completeness, and readiness for final submission.
- Compile, generate, and present verification reports based on data insights, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout all verification processes.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve any discrepancies, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and security when handling candidate information.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
- 6+ months of operation experience working in a background verification company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Can do problem solver and a proactive attitude.
