Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Unit Coordinator to support the Head of the Platforms & Tools business unit directly. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of administrative expertise and technical acumen, enabling them to effectively manage a variety of tasks, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth operational workflows. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Management: Keep track of important and urgent tasks, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
- Data Management: Create, update, and maintain data in various tools and platforms, such as Workday, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with various leaders and departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication.
- Project Assistance: Support in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity levels.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for the Head of the business unit and liaise with IT, as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Head of the business unit in organizing daily tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related area
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience with Web based Applications.
- The individual needs to be highly Organized in managing multiple tasks at any given time.
- Good PowerPoint Skills to convert meaningful data into executive PowerPoint Presentations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good data analysis skills using Excel and any other BI tools.
- Experience using any Workflow Management tool like ServiceNow, Solutions Business Manager, VersionOne, etc.
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating, leading, influencing, and managing within large-scale matrix, globally distributed organizations
- Open to working flexible hours as per business needs
