This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane. The Operations Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with order processing, customer engagement, and marketing. The Operations Associate will also collaborate with other teams to continuously improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or B. Science or Diploma in Pharmacy- Fresher or 1 year of Experience (Female candidates preferable)
Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Customer Service skills- Analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Identify key persons in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.- Languages known Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada will be preferred.
