As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of order and payment reconciliation across multiple channels. Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to analyze data to resolve discrepancies. You will be a key player in maintaining seamless operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
- Forward order reconciliation for all channels to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Return order reconciliation for multiple channels, managing the return process efficiently.
- Claims Management:
- Overview and reconcile claims across all channels, addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Engage in discussions with multiple channels and logistics partners to close discrepancy threads.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate discussions with various channels and logistics teams to resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Tracker Management:
- Work on multiple trackers to monitor and track orders and returns, ensuring data accuracy.
- Utilize tracking systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Payment Reconciliation:
- Conduct payment reconciliation for all channels, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Engage in discussions with channels to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies.
- Data Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
- Proactively address and resolve operational challenges through data-driven insights.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree BE/BTech/Bcom
Experience 1-2 years.
Experience in order and payment reconciliation prefered.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
