Job Description
This role coordinates the operational aspects within the business. The TOA is responsible for ensuring productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. In particular, this role at Klicpic has a strong focus on photo processing/delivery pipeline.
Education & Skills
- Under-graduate, Post graduate(preferred)

Responsibilities
- Handle Day to Day operations from photoshoot to delivery
- Identify processes with scope of improvement
- Fine-tune the existing process of picture submission
- Create an efficient process to collect customer requirements
- Streamline customer review collection and moderation process
- Handle the information traffic efficiently between photographer and editor
- Identify & implement cost-efficient delivery method aiming highest customer satisfaction
