Operations Associate (Internship)

Role Description

This is an internship role at GrowthScribe. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, assisting in project management, and ensuring smooth workflow. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced growth marketing agency.

Day to Day responsibilities

• Work on Notion to document processes, create dashboards, and develop systems (training will be provided via videos or hands-on learning).
• Conduct regular research and log results in Google Sheets or Notion.
• Manage social media campaigns for GrowthScribe using tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and other AI tools. You'll also collaborate with writers on some projects.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong self-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a bonus.
• You'll work closely with Kartik (our CEO), so being able to take quick notes and efficiently execute tasks is essential.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-month internship, 8 hours a day, fully remote 3,000 - 6,000 per month based on your ability to quickly grasp concepts and eagerness to learn. Good performers are eligible for bonuses.
