What You'll Do:
- Prepare financial reports and statements, perform bank reconciliations, and conduct cyclical audits.
- Create ad-hoc reports to address various business needs.
- Prepare and organize tax documents.
- Compile and analyze financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage and maintain financial documents using Excel.
- Regularly interact with external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
- Solid experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with accounting software is preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.
