Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to update and maintain records.
- Coordinate logistics operations including shipment scheduling, inventory management, and transportation arrangements.
- Generate invoices and quotations promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in data entry and knowledge of database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills
