About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate located in Delhi. The Operations Associate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing queries of vendors and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
Process the daily flow of e-commerce orders.
Support issues or queries of buyers and sellers.
Assist in ongoing reviewing of records and information to ensure that work processes are followed.
Conduct checks on documents provided by logistics providers.
Other operations tasks relate to daily order flow management.
Assist in processes for end-to-end Operations including Vendor Ops, Packaging, Logistics, accounts reconciliation.
Manage customer first operations experience, right from delivery timelines, to unboxing, returns, customer service etc.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Excel and MS office.
Should ideally have previous experience in ecommerce retail
Experience in dealing with vendors, 3PL partners
Understanding of couriers, 3PL shipping and label generation
Great Problem Solving and the ability to thrive under pressure and crunched timelines

Pay: 18,000.00 - 33,000.00 per month
