CTC: 7 LPA ( Fixed 4.2L + Allowance 0.6L + Incentive 2.2L)

Workplace type: Work From Office

Location: Bengaluru, HSR Layout

Shift Timing: US Shift (8 pm - 6 am)

Working days: Weekly Off on any 1 day

Roles and responsibilities

• Managing operating metrics for delivering customer experience
• Address customer escalations and queries
• Generate revenue through Renewals, Cross-sell etc

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 Years of Work Experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with students/parents from Australia, USA, UK, Canada
