Role Description- Operations and support executive

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Operations and Support Executive. As an Operations and Support Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our cloud kitchens, restaurants, and cafes. You will also provide support to our foodpreneurs, assisting them in launching and expanding their businesses. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in operations or customer support roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations
• Proficient in using computer applications and software
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the food industry and passion for supporting foodpreneurs.
