Job Location : Malad , Mumbai - Preferably from Western Suburbs
The Operations and Supply Chain Coordinator supports the efficient operation of supply chain activities, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Basic computer skills are essential for managing data, generating reports using MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data in supply chain management systems.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and supply chain performance.
- Assist in preparing reports for management review.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to order status and product availability.
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent-
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related role preferred, Freshers are Welcome.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Office-based Role with an ownership of regular visits to Godown and Supplier Locations.
- May involve working with tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer.
- Occasional lifting of light to moderate weight items may be required.
