Our Requirements:

Position - O&M Engineer (Solar Project)

NoS of Vacancy - 3

Qualification - BE/Diploma/ITI/ANY

Experience - Min 1 Year

Salary - Open

Location - Kapurthala(ICF),Guwahati,Ranchi

Note: Candidate must have experience in any solar project maintenance are eligible

Roles

1. O&M Manager: Oversees the entire O&M team, ensuring all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and effectively.
2. Technicians: Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on the solar equipment.
3. Engineers: Analyze performance data, design maintenance schedules, and provide technical support for complex issues.
4. Monitoring Staff: Continuously monitor the performance of solar installations, often using specialized software.

Responsibilities

1. Routine Maintenance: Regular inspections and cleaning of solar panels to ensure they are free from dirt and debris that could affect performance.
2. System Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of system performance using SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to detect and address issues promptly.
3. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identifying and resolving issues such as electrical faults, inverter failures, or shading problems that can impact
