Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

An Operations Analyst within the Internal Operations team at Argano, plays a key role in managing delivery processes and quality management for data integrity. They are responsible for analyzing delivery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with written processes, as well as providing insights to optimize resource allocation and companywide compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze delivery data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Review delivery operations processes to ensure accurate adherence to processes and quality management.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to verify data entered in the PSA coincides with quality standards.
- Lead efforts to streamline delivery processes and data integrity, implementing best practices and automation solutions where applicable.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on operational processes and timesheet policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track delivery performance, data integrity, and other key metrics.
- Support all daily operational tasks, including updating processes and providing quality management.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of experience in quality management or operational roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify insights.
- Demonstrated proficiency in process improvement and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Advanced Accounting Knowledge: Proficiency in project management operation principles and practices relevant to quality management, data integrity, project management processes and timesheets.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex delivery scenarios and delivery data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Delivery Reporting: Experience in generating delivery operations reports related to data integrity and project management.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated potential to lead small projects or initiatives within the operations team.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing process inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies in delivery processes and implement improvements to streamline operations.
- Training and Development: Capability to train new team members in delivery processes and systems.
- Quality Assurance: Experience in conducting quality checks on delivery operations in a project life cycle and project data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to coordinate delivery process compliance activities for multiple client projects simultaneously.
