- CueBlocks seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations & Admin Specialist.
What will you be doing
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth functioning across different departments.
- Collaborate with Accounts & Invoicing teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the organization's documents and records, including drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Ensure accurate filing and retrieval of documents and manage submission of official documents at STPI and other concerned departments.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the company. Assist in monitoring compliance and implementing necessary changes.
- Managing office operations and infrastructure.
What skills and experience do you need
- Any Graduate can apply for this role. Commerce background preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Ms. Excel.
