- Should have a good understanding of learning environments and processes, preferably in Learning Operations
- Understanding of learning systems and processes.
- Should have the ability to interact well with internal clients and provide strategic solutions to issues
Opportunity Management
- Relay customer feedback to the Product team
- Align with the Support Team on the resolution of major cases and report bugs to the Engineering team
- Provide feedback to Sales on the readiness of our customers
- Help the Onboarding team overcome any delays in implementation
