- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5 years of experience in operations management, with expertise in Sales, HR, Projects, Support, and Finance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
