Job Description

Operational Head - Sales, HR, Projects, Support, and Finance Management
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Lead the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales and promotional strategies.

Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Ensure the sales team adheres to best practices and sales processes.
  • HR Management:

Oversee the HR department's functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company's goals.

Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and development.

Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Projects Management:

Manage and prioritize projects to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure effective communication and reporting on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support Management:

Lead the customer support team in providing exceptional service to clients.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns.

Implement and improve support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Identify areas for improvement in support operations and implement solutions.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure support team performance.
  • Finance Management:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Manage cash flow, financial analysis, and risk assessment.

Collaborate with finance teams to optimize financial operations and cost management.

Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5 years of experience in operations management, with expertise in Sales, HR, Projects, Support, and Finance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 8,
  • 59 - 42,757.66 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Vesu, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
