We are currently seeking a Operational Expert to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Extensive experience in data & analytics, Data modeling techniques
Transform the application development by introducing latest technologies and methodologies.
Comfortable in working with data schemas, tables, relationships, and indexing strategies for optimal data retrieval and analysis.
Excellent knowledge in Data modeling
Able to Provide estimates for requirements, analyses and develop as per the requirement.
Expert in Service and incident management with tools like ServiceNow
Good to have exposure in setting up operational alerts via tools
Lead Technical discussions with customers to find the best possible solutions.
Ability to learn quickly, be organized and detail oriented.
Must have Good communication and experience in working with Client facing roles.
Provide technical write-ups and drawings to promote the proposed solutions.
Collaborate with the other team members to ensure all services are reliable, maintainable, and well-integrated into existing platforms.
Provide detailed updates on status, impediments, risks, and issues on the modules
Must have skills
Platform :Metaphactory, Palantir Foundry
Tools : DataModeling ,Oauth2 or M2M ,Jasmine
AWS , OpenAPI
Framwork :Microservice architecture
Agile , Scrum/Kanban
