As an Operational Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. You will assist in various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documentation.
- Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.
- Process Coordination:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of operational processes and procedures.
- Help coordinate inter-departmental communication to facilitate smooth operations.
- Data Management:
- Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to operational activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Inventory and Supplies Management:
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and ordering supplies to ensure operational needs are met.
- Help maintain equipment and facility management schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
