Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Conduct On-The-Job Training (OJT)
To provide training support to opening outlets.
To assist in identifying the training needs and measure the effectiveness of training by post evaluation.
To conduct and facilitate Career Development Program (CDP).
To assist all communication related to training and follow up on the implementation of new training policies.
To perform both pre and post training including monitoring the completion of training.
Present or facilitate training program in a manner that maximizes the transfer and retention of knowledge, skills and/ or behavior.
To conduct training audits aligned with CDP.
To submit report periodically which consist of work done and action required
To propose actions to superior as and when
Attend Train the Trainer session.
Plan training for respective region.
Train staff on the new products in preparation for the launch.
Evaluate product launch.
Assist and participate in any other given tasks and activities.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Culinary or any equivalent F&B line with minimum 1 year experience in F&B.
Good writing skills, great interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Preferred Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia, third language will be added advantage.
Knowledgeable and well-versed in using Microsoft application, i.e. Power Points, Ms Word
A team player, independent, tactful and resourceful.
High integrity, independently, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be willing to travel outstation intensively when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
