About the Role:
As a Multi-Skilled PCB Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll operate a variety of machines, including CNC drilling, routing, and etching equipment, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our single-sided PCB fabrication. You'll also be involved in implementing and maintaining our sustainable practices, from using recycled materials to minimizing waste.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain PCB manufacturing equipment (shearing, drilling, etching, etc.).
Apply dry film, solder mask, and other coatings.
Perform visual inspections and basic electrical tests.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure quality.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
