Job Description
- Responsible for managing and organizing/supporting business development, Sales and Logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, QA, production, finance, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- Making reports - distributors sheets, stock reports, sales reports, costing sheets, POs, etc.
- Manage import and export documentation, including customs clearance, shipping documents, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to forecast demand, plan production schedules and ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet customer orders.
- Supporting in digital marketing and offline marketing endeavors, website development, SEO (coordinating with outsourced agencies)
- Support promoting the Companys products and services via B2B and B2C channels.
- Backend support to the North American sales team
- Sample coordination-dispatch and tracking
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Education: MBA in Marketing / Logistics/International Business/Sales
Flair in writing, good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in computers, especially MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems
Experience: Required 1-2 year experience
