Position Title: Operation Manager

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: 10-12 Years

Days Of Working: 6 Days

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Prepare and present proposals to qualifying companies on import/export opportunities.
• Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to address any issues/problems or concerns & keep abreast of opportunities in various countries through ongoing communication with contacts.
• Strong consultation, facilitation and coaching skills, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Superior judgment and tact in dealing with sensitive issues and confidential information
• Excellent relationship building skills. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with subordinates peers and superiors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to effectively handle changing priorities.
• Co-coordinating with Operation Dept & CHA for documentation, follow up till the cargo handover to the S. Line.
• Releasing of BL forexport shipments after sailing of vessel | Sending Pre-alert documents to the
• Oversea Agent | Keeping Customer, Oversea Agent updated on status of shipment on time to time.
• Closing docket with Account | Follow up for E.P copies with shipping line, CHA.
• Achieve set Budget and Target by the management, also monitor and help the Marketing Team to achieve the targeted goal.

Skills Set:

• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams to achieve operational goals.
• Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
