People opting for this position must have firsthand experience with ERP tools,
generate MIS reports to conclude performance assessment, manage a group of remote technicians, analyze complex matters quickly, and provide simplified training to others regularly
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory
Aspirants will be expected to have at least three years of working experience in the relevant field
