All Outstation Visits from Bangalore , Organization would be taken care of the Expenses as per the Band Limit set by the Organization
All Necessary Training would be provided by the In-house Team /External team if and when required .
If the Engineers Performance is above the expectations , he would be placed for Corporate Training at our own Cost . After the training he would be under Bond for a Period of 1 Year if necessary.
Increment would be as per Organization standards/Performance . Further if the Engineer has extra-ordinary skill sets, we will take the same into consideration depending on his performance .
Food & Accommodation would be under technicians Self Arrangements.
