Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Lead/APM at Homes Under Budget - HUB in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as overseeing project operations, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring quality control, and providing leadership to the team. The Operation Lead/APM will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution and delivering projects within the specified timelines and budget.

Qualifications
- Project management and coordination skills
- 2years of relevant experience in residential interior fit out
- client handling experience
- Must have two wheeler
- Experience in overseeing interior design projects
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost management
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field will be an add on benifit
