Oversee daily production activities to ensure that manufacturing targets are met.
Develop and implement production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet changing demands.
Monitor the production process to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
Ensure that all operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with the engineering team to optimize plant equipment and processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
