Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Operation Head for Plush Toys at our location in Sonipat. As an Operation Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of plush toy manufacturing, managing the team, ensuring smooth communication between different departments, and budgeting for the operations. You will need to have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Team Management, and Budgeting skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the pet industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
