Roles and responsibilities Getting MIS Reports from all department (Production, Designing)
Getting involved and provide solution if there are any escalations in any vertical of the origination.
Prepare regular reports for upper management.
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
Need to closely monitor production to ensure that assigned organizational targets are achieved in provided Turnaround time. (MIS)
To ensure the No loss or wastage of any raw materials.
Set policies and processes.
To maintain business rule or company guideline that gives employees, their departments and the overall company direction.
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Improving revenue.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Generating reports and giving presentations
