Job SummaryWe are looking for an expert in procurement and supply chain management with great experience in vendor management, order fulfillment and timely delivery. The person needs to take complete responsibility for the Production & Supply Chain process with timely reporting of the key indicators to the senior management.
- Responsibilities and Duties
The role involves:
- Identifying all critical components needed in the production process and arranging timely delivery and contract fulfillment by the vendor.
Vendor management including engaging stakeholders for identifying bottlenecks and/or delays, deliveries, shipments, and payments.
- Working closely with the BD team & senior management to assess the scale of orders expected and work towards fulfilling the same within expected timelines.
Order management, follow-ups and timely delivery from supplier to an internal department and eventually to the customer is the primal role.- Stock keeping and conducting monthly audits for checks.
Quality control for the product as product effectiveness is very important.
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree and a master's degree (preferably) with relevant job experience in production & supply chain management.- Ability to work & communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment with marketing, sales, engineering, and operations
Passion for learning about new problems that users are facing and love to build creative solutions for solving the problem
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insight
Exceptional communication skills, including presentation, formal writing, verbal and email- Self-driven and always striving to deliver great products
Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations
