Required Customer Service for handling documentation and communication with Agents/Shipping Lines and Customers. Sourcing rates and services from Agents and handling the Freight forwarding part of the Supply Chain for the customers (Importers & Exporters). Should be have good communication skills for negotiations with the Agents and Customers.
